Who We Are
At Elite Growth Forum, we believe that true transformation begins within. That’s why our mission is to raise a new generation of leaders—young people whose minds are healed, renewed, and equipped to create a brighter future for themselves and for the continent of Africa.
Rooted in the love and truth of Christ, EGF exists to reprogram destructive mindsets and awaken purpose. We empower young entrepreneurs and dreamers with spiritual principles, personal development tools, leadership training, and practical business knowledge. But more than that, we provide what many have never had: a community that believes in them.
We believe every young person deserves the opportunity to dream again—to imagine who they could become, what they could build, and how they could lead. Our role is to guide them on that journey, introduce them to responsibility, nurture their leadership skills, and help them rise to their God-given potential.
Because leadership multiplies change. And when one person steps fully into their calling, they ignite a chain reaction that spreads through families, communities, and nations.
This is more than a movement. This is a mission to transform Africa from the inside out—one mind, one dream, and one leader at a time.

These experiences have broadened my horizons, exposing me to diverse cultures and showcasing the incredible potential that arises when individuals have agency over their lives.
My lifelong passion is uplifting the lives of my people. My love for The Congo and its people extends to a deep affection for Africa as a whole. Guided by the spirit of Pan-Africanism and Umoja, I am honored to be one of the voices accompanying you on your journey to maximize your potential.
